【Our Group】 The group is a part of the Logistics Department called the Order Management System(OMS) Group.  Initially the group has only around 10 Engineers who were mostly Japanese. In the recent years, the group's membership had expanded to around 40 Engineers coming from almost 20 countries. The members are subdivided into 5 Scrum Teams. Each of the Scrum Team has 6-8 Engineers including a QA Engineer. 【Our System】 OMS sits between the E-Commerce system and the Warehouse Management System. Basically all orders placed in the E-Commerce system will be processed in the OMS before it will be sent to the Warehouses where the picking and shipping of the goods will take place. Our system has 3 main functions: ■Item/Product Management

■Inventory Management

■Order Management

Aiming to become the No. 1 OMS market share holder, the OMS Group created a new OMS called BOSS which will soon totally replace SmartFill. Below are some of the technologies that we are using : ■ Mainly C# : Web Apps,  Batches and APIs

■Front End : Asp.net, AJAX, Java Script

■Back End : MS SQL Server

■Frameworks : MVC, Entity FW and others

■Auto-Deployment using for CI : TeamCity & CD: Octopus

■Other tools: System Walker, GIT, JIRA etc.

【 Role】 Quality Assurance Engineer who will be a part of the Scrum Team closely working with the Product Owner, Developers, Scrum Master and the external/offsite QA Team. 【Responsibility】 ■Accumulate business knowledge and technical details about the product

■Design, create and perform meaningful tests including but not limited to

■Unit Tests

■Integration Tests

■Regression Tests

■System Tests

■Performance Tests

■Security Tests

■Articulate and communicate the flaws found running the tests to the whole Team

■Coordinate and manage the test templates and issues found the external/offsite QA Team

■Collaborate with the Developers and the QA members(internal and external) on how to constantly improve the QA process

■At least 2 years experience in Quality Assurance of a high traffic system - involving at least - Integration Tests - Regression Tests - Performance Tests ■ A pro-active Team Player with at least 1 year experience working with diverse/multi-cultural members ■ A good communicator

■Had experience with the following: - Automated Testing Framework (i.e. Selenium, etc.) - Analytics - Azure - Highly Scalable Systems - SQL Analysis and Tuning

■ Experience with defining or improving QA process.

■ Experience with leading QA team.

■Experience with Agile particularly Scrum

■Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (JLPT level : N2)

■ Coding experience especially C# and exposure to the technologies used by BOSS
